My ex husband told me I was causing them and I was crazy. Since leaving him, I feel safer.

I have horrible memories of begging the first doc for increases in medicine. The present doc is so much better. Thank God every day for docs and antiseizure meds.

I would say no. A few reasons. Normally its hard for me to recall what happens in the lead up. If it was a TC I wouldn't really experience it, its more like I'm there then I'm not (this is when the seizure happens) then I would come back. It's more like I have passed out.

I have had random panic attacks but this was more due to med side effect (old med no longer on) and focal aware seizures.

Hilary You're doing great thru therapy to reduce the panicky feeling already. Some need for everyday life, seizures quite traumatic to anyone. Gĺad you've realized how to help self, will encourage others who balk at so much.
