My Grandson's Soccer Career Was Cut Short By Epilepsy. Is It Safe To Continue Playing? 1st Occured After Covid Booster.
Actually the activity might be better for him. As long as he is active doing some type of sport might be beneficial in the long run. Just give the coaches a head up on his condition.

That’s what my coaches always did too and then the game went on
My neighbor has a grandson with focal unaware seizures. He plays...softball or soccer? The coach attends to him if he has a seizure, and the game starts again and no one seems to complain.

I started having seizures when I was 10 years old. I was a star at every sport. Any time I had a seizure my coach would just come out and attend to me. When I was back aware I got right back to playing and could play just as good as before the seizure. I wouldn’t even know I had a seizure until after the game when my mom told me. I continued playing sports all the way through high school. So I would let him play sports ⚽️ .
It really depends on what the epilepsy is like. In generally I would say yes. Especially if it's only junior soccer as there are lots of extra rules designed to prevent injury
