I don't think so, my reading I do daily with my routine of prayer and bible study is ok I think, I looked up online my reading is 163 wpm which is the norm for learning as they rate it, there are other ratings but I am with that and not complaining about, may improve later but ok with, what are your thoughts about this ❓

I agree as well its different between us all, I play word games + watch quiz shows alot to help me feel better.

I think because epilepsy is such a diverse disorder there is no one answer to this question. It is very individual. Some conditions have an effect on memory and cognition, while others do not.

Look thru history at how many geniuses also had seizures. To say all seizures impair thought, damage brain is simply wrong. High IQs speed up brain so make it vulnerable to seizures. Not all are the same please consult Dr to ease mind bout yoir own type. Einstein felt his no problem since okay after his. Socratres felt his a gift, Poe felt his a curse. Reality is we don't know why or how epilepsy occurs like many health probs but know how keep in control at least. Ease mind bout yours best by learning medical facts not opinions or assumptions. We can cope with seizures not make a mental issue like years ago.

That is true it does depend on what the area of the brain is damaged and the percentage that is damaged, and affects the wave it runs. Just don't put doubt on your skills unless you try hard. It is damaged area of the brain not fully dead. So that means it still does have some power left in that battery!
