Is Coffee Good For People Who Have Epilepsy

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Actually Coffee does stimulate the brain as it helps increase blood flow. But there's no evidence that suggests it can bring on seizures. Some people are told to have it to help with migraines but to much won't help.

Before my surgery, I used to drink a lot of soda. I was at home, and that was all I drank. This is something I have given up. I have now lost a lot of weight; this week is my surgery's tenth anniversary. I am ten years seizure-free!

No coffee does not stimulate the brain or bring on seizures. Get real medical advice not opinions to get rid of useless fears like this for yourself.
