I wouldn't drink distilled water as this type water has no minerals. My husband has Sleep Apnea and this type water is the clearest and is the best to use for his CPAP machine. A suggestion I can give, ask your doctor what type water they suggest you to drink because there are different alkaline of water types on the market that can assist based on your level of need.
