Yes, it is possible for an aura to occur a few days before a seizure. According to the information from the search results, an aura is a type of focal aware seizure that can precede a more serious tonic-clonic seizure. The aura acts as a warning sign that a seizure may be imminent, but there is not always a clear timeline between the aura and the eventual seizure. If you experience an aura, it's important to take seizure safety precautions even if the seizure doesn't happen right away. Steps could include alerting others, getting to a safe place, and potentially taking rescue medication. Having an aura days in advance still serves as a warning that seizure risk may be elevated in the near future.

An aura is a small seizure no big deal. But if new to you or having a lot means change in seizure pattern so may be why had more severr one. Best thing is to contact Dr to avoid this. May just need a small med increase. Please don't worry I'm sure Dr will help.
