Do You Follow A Specific Diet To Help With Epilepsy?
You guys I read all of your comments and I hear nothing of physical activity I'm currently in a nutrition class and one of the things that is mentioned is physical activity it is one of the most important parts of my day I work out for an hour and a half it might sound crazy but if your stretches last for a minute while you inhale and Exhale and you go into different positions for at least a minute you'll find that you burn almost 200 calories I don't eat what I want to eat I'm still careful what I eat cause I must have my Pillsbury cinnamon rolls on Sundays I don't eat regular pasta any more white rice no more white bread so it is a balance but my thing is the physical activity you guys have a good day
Totally agree-people that don’t have seizures can say ooh I understand but until they have walked(literally)in our shoes they don’t understand
I eat whatever I wish

Very true. I think most of the time it comes from a place of caring.
One thing that has been a change in me since diagnosed and seeing how people react is that, I am slower to put a judgment on others and step back and try to put myself in their position. I try to do my best to understand where people are coming from no matter what their challenges are.
I've been a vegetarian for 50 yrs. only diagnosed with epilepsy 2 yrs, ago. the meds given to me were awful. all i take 3 times a day is 1ml of CBD OIL. SEEMS TO WORK PRETTY GOOD
