I'm not against anything new, be It food or something from the medical field etc and meds, but who's to say what is going to happen when we try it out, I have had some side effects of meds and some food but not something I adjusted to those effects, I'm ok with trying out new and like change, It's like the saying, you never know until you try, so what are your thoughts on the?

It's important to have open conversations with your health care team to understand potential side effects or interactions before starting any new treatments or medications for epilepsy. Keeping an epilepsy diary to track seizures, medication doses, and side effects can provide helpful information to share. Factors like age, weight, overall health and other medications can impact how a medication works, which is why you may need to try multiple options to find the most effective treatment. Stay in close contact with your neurologist and pharmacist as you start new medications so they can monitor any changes or side effects.

There's no way to know how it's going to affect us.
And to see commercials saying "try this new drug but don't take it if you're allergic to it" & be careful because it may kill you" makes me kringe as people will try it anyway

We truly won’t know how something Effects us until we try it or just happens.

When I was younger drinking regular pop/soda increased my seizures. But when I drank Diet, citrus and RootBeer pop/soda doesn’t trigger my seizures. So , if I drink pop/soda, those are the only type ,I will drink

As far as meds go, I think I have about reached my limit. Especially since some of them actually can cause seizures. As far as activities, I am willing to try what my body will allow me to do.
