First, check your notification settings within the app or website to make sure notifications are enabled. You may need to turn notifications on or adjust the settings. Also check that notifications for the app are enabled at the device level - in your phone or computer's main settings. You may need to enable notifications specifically for the MyEpilepsyTeam app. If notifications are on but you're still not receiving them, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or logging out and back into your account. This can sometimes resolve notification issues.
