I agree with you have posted and the epilepsy team post, I think it's dif per person, and we each are similar but not the same with the condition we have, but hang in there and try and stay pos, my opinion

Epidiolex is specifically approved by the FDA to treat seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, Dravet syndrome, and tuberous sclerosis complex. It has not been approved for other types of epileptic seizures such as those caused by mesial temporal sclerosis. The clinical trials performed by GW Pharmaceuticals Show Full Answer

Epidiolex is specifically approved by the FDA to treat seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, Dravet syndrome, and tuberous sclerosis complex. It has not been approved for other types of epileptic seizures such as those caused by mesial temporal sclerosis. The clinical trials performed by GW Pharmaceuticals focused on Lennox-Gastaut syndrome and Dravet syndrome. These provided evidence of Epidiolex's effectiveness and safety specifically for those conditions, leading to FDA approval. More research would need to be done to extend approval for other types of refractory seizures.
