Do You Dream Every Night?or Do You Like Dreaming?

Deal, UK

I don't dream every night, when I do I like the dream cause I'm always with others, but when I wake up I get a shock of being alone or lonely.

I play REM music 🎶 each time I go to bed 🛌 and it makes me have happy vivid dreams each night and when I wake up in the morning, I remember them like they only just happened. Also, REM music can take away stress which can also trigger seizures.
