Do You Dream Every Night?or Do You Like Dreaming?

I don't dream every night, when I do I like the dream cause I'm always with others, but when I wake up I get a shock of being alone or lonely.

There are multiple levels of dreaming and I was taught that REM sleep is where all people dream. I occasionally awaken from REM sleep, but when I do I have dreamed of the good, bad, scarry and things I lived through. On average we dream 4 to 5 times a night and if we awaken during a dream that is usually the only one we remember. My problem is that being on a APAP machine to sleep I usually do not get to that dreaming level.

I don’t dream every night, but I do like having dreams. Occasionally I have a scary or sad dreams. I have woken up mad at my husband a couple of times because of a dream 🤣 poor guy. I do have funny dreams too. I remember most of my dreams for several days.

I rarely remember dreams, I do keep track of how much and what is deep sleep, though.

I dream some nights and like it if I wake up and remember what I was dreaming about sometimes wishing I hadn't woken up yet. Other dreams I had one that was terrifying that I had over 40 years ago and I can still remember it like it was yesterday. Some dreams are silly others are of people no longer with us. They rarely make sense in the real world.
