I don't dream. Not that I don't recall them either when I wake. I don't have dreams when I sleep.is this something common?

My husband has epilepsy and was always awake for hours during the night- for years! For Christmas I finally bought him a weighted (gravity) blanket and in the 3 months that have passed, he has only woken up once! He is finally sleeping through!

I’m afraid I don’t remember them either, unless they really scare me and wake me up, which does happen.

I often dream but retain the "feelings" the drezm evoked but none of the story detail.

I do not remember mine, but supposedly everyone figures out what happens in their life in dreams.

I actually have it the other way around. I have extremely vivid dreams and nightmares/nightterrors are well. They've only gotten worse as my seizures have gotten worse. But when I have a seizure itself I don't seem to dream or at least have zero memory of any kind of dream at all. Only when I sleep without seizures happening do I have ay kind of dreams, be they good or bad.
