Rosemary and Mint are triggers for me. If you have trouble sleeping use Lavender instead of Melatonin. Frankincense can help also sleep, stress and relaxation.

I've no idea what my triggers are. In my case just may be just excitement. Interesting bout frankincense for relaxing, sleeping tried melatonin but no luck. I've always wondered what F used for.

That's interesting, something ! never thought about. Years ago I was making some spaghetti and had a seizure while cooking. Makes me wonder if 1 of the spices I was adding could have provoked it.
