I am not a doctor but from my experience. That means that when you had the EEG they were coming from more then one specific spot. This will limit the next step that can be done for you. There are still options but the type of brain surgery I had worked because it came from the one spot. They may mention the VNS or the newer RN. You can do this don't give up.

When seizures are described as "generalized", it means the abnormal electrical activity is occurring across both sides of the brain simultaneously. This is different from focal or partial seizures where the abnormal activity starts in one area. There are several types of generalized seizures, including tonic-clonic, tonic, atonic, clonic, and non-motor seizures. They can cause a range of symptoms like muscle stiffening or relaxing, jerking movements, loss of consciousness, or changes in senses or emotions.

They might be using the word Global as a term for the whole brain . Global meaning there are seizure activity on both left and right Spheres of the brain .
