That’s correct. All seizures are dangerous. During a seizure I have cut my arm and finger on an electric saw, been found laying on the street, been found laying on the ground in a parking lot, fallen into water more than once, ridden my bike into a barbed wire fence and so on. So everyone be careful

I would say "YES", before my brain surgery in 2017 I was taken to a hospital and they released me after several hours because they thought I had a Tonic-clonic (Grand mal) seizure. 3 days later, my personal neurologist took me personally to another hospital, because he saw that I had a TIA-stroke. Be careful of what hospitals say about you.
