I agree with you and your post and the other people's posts here, I think it's dif per person,I have my own way of a diet I have put together and I am ok with it, a fasting diet and it is beneficial for me and my religion and religious practices I have and do as for my physical aspect of it also, weight loss is the second thing and is useful in my life with, my opinion
