I'm on three different seizure medications. My epilepsy now happens in clusters, is it possibly seizures are triggered with too much medication?

You should be find . Haven’t heard of being on multiple AED meds, that triggers your seizures

Just as long as you’re doing the med correctly , you won’t get intoxicated or get overdosed .

I myself take 5 different medications 3 times a day. My seizures still aren’t 100% controlled.

No. But in general what happens is if are on are have been on multiple different meds you can start to become whats called refactory so the epilepsy just won't respond well to meds. If that happends they start exploring other options.

It's possible that being on multiple seizure medications could be contributing to your seizure clusters. According to one study, having refractory epilepsy or drug-resistant epilepsy is a risk factor for experiencing seizure clusters. However, there could also be other factors at play. Things like sleep deprivation, stress, menstrual cycles, and illness can also trigger seizure clusters even when taking medications as prescribed. It's best to discuss your concerns about medication levels with your doctor to see if any adjustments need to be made.
