I understand you are allergic to sunlight, which can make it hard to get enough vitamin D. However, there are some good food sources of vitamin D that may be helping increase your levels. Foods like fatty fish, egg yolks, fortified milk and cereals are good options. Cooking from scratch with ingredients like salmon, eggs, and fortified orange juice likely provides some vitamin D in your diet. You can also consider taking a vitamin D supplement, but be sure to consult your doctor first to make sure it's safe for you.

Pamela you must be eating the right foods. From what I understand the sun is a good source of vitamin D but a person still needs to eat a healthy diet or in my case take supplements to keep my "D" level normal.
