Thank you for your post @AndreaPoolePressle,r I was being so hard on myself. I truly belived that Be'Arre's my 5 year old son's ADHD was caused by my taking seizure meds. I feel a little better know there was no way of preventing this from happening I no longer feel as if this was my fault.

I am on the same medication. I am on lamotrigine and keppra. I worry about getting pregnant as i am scared to hurt my baby if i have one. Also my specialist said you can take it when pregnant but if it is safe to, they advise to come off all epilepsy meds as they all have a risk with causing defects.
I liked mermaid dragons response but i would seek as much advise as possible to make an informed decision as to what is best for you. X

Vivian, did you breastfeed your daughter while on keppra? What was your dosage? My boyfriend and I are just looking into it for more information because in the near future after marriage we would like to have kids.

Thanks!
