Has Anyone Noticed A Change In The Frequency That Your Seizures Occur When Taking B12 Or D?

A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have done some reading and wanted to research this more for myself. If you are/have taken B12 therapy, whether it's by shot or pills, have you noticed anything difference in regards to the frequency of your seizures? Same for D? Also, if you take a multivitamin, which would you recommend?

Valerian root is another good stabilizing herb; as, it's the organic presentation of active ingredient to Valium [a seizure and anxiety inhibiting drug].

Regarding vitamin D, my daughter's seizures did lessen, they didn't stop but they did lessen. When she did have one they were so big.

I take One A Day Viramin or Organic Vitamin Juice with a B-Complex Liquid Vitamin. My body feels great--- No seizures.
