Good advice. Try it. Luckily. I take in plenty of Electrolites. By drinking Vitawater zero. Has no sugar so better for you than Gatorade and I eat a banana every day as a protien snack. We need to do all we canto give our body what it needs to be healthy. Remember it's all about staying in balance... Mental and physical and chemical

If you have a bath tub and not a shower put some as hot as you can stand it and put some Epson salt in it and soak in it for a little while. You can massage your legs. After you have you have a seizure drink a lot of to help so you wont have so much cramping later. Drinking Gatorade will help replenish electrolytes so I've been told. Eating bananas will help with potassium. If you dont have enough potassium it will make your legs cramp. Just make sure you have enough of all this in your body. Hope someof this helps.
