I have involuntary jerking all the time. They haven't really been able to figure out why; they have said it could be because of one of my many meds.

I have what's called myoclonic jerking, especially at night. ask your doctor about it. I noticed mine was caused by a low sodium level, which is a side effect of one of my meds.

Hey, I have Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy (JME) which causes me to jerk violently - though it's well controlled ATM. I also have a tremor as a side effect from Epilim - it's a generalised muscle tremor, and it gets much worse when I'm stressed and before a seizure.
