Does Stress Cause You Seizures To Happen
HI I was wondering if stress can cause a seizure to happen.. I had an eeg the other day and I guess I've been having seizures at least 10 times a day not knowing I am and I'm thinking it is caused by seizures??
When ever I am stressed out I find a hobby to help me calm my emotions. Find something fun to do to get your mind settled and try to warm your heart(music, reading, poetry, movies, friends, family, etc).
stress, lack of sleep those are my main triggers but one problem is that I have BI POLLER
so it's problems also compound
Stress, lack of sleep and anxiety are all my triggers...
I practice meditation and hv learned breathing techniques that help. Youtube has a tin of really great how to videos that can teach u how to calm your brain
