I eat 3x a day, balanced but still high protein! I find eating less makes me tired

Grand mals work on me the worst. Not to mention it’ll have me crying not long after that seizures is done working on me. Well that type of seizurer will work the whole entire body including muscles. I’m absolutely miserable after one of those. I’ve had the hit me in the day time hrs as well as during the night.

With that many seizures happening have you called and updated the doctor? This can be a change and they need to know about it. There is no way they can help you if you do not tell them. Be patient it takes time to get this right. Mine was almost a 15 year journey. Dont give up

High stress and anxiety of the least little thing, even going to the doctor. Mine could have been anything that excited me in a good way or frustratingly angered me. I learned a LONG time ago that I have to keep my emotions in check. It's not fair, but that's how it works for me.

I have partial seizures daily, but I can’t tell my loved ones because they will worry about me and insist on driving me to and from work. Which means I’ll be late everyday and I won’t get home until someone decides to pick me up……….late
