I can't really advice on that one as whenever I have a dizzy spell I need to sleep or I tend to have a fit at some point in the day but as we all say everyone is different you should just go with what your body tells you. Have a snack as that seems to help me. Good luck hope your day goes ok

If you've been weened of your old meds and weened onto your new meds and are still having problems go back to your doctor as they might not agree with you and you might need different meds Hun xx

If you feel dizzy after taking your meds then stop taking it and contact your gp and tell him the meds is making you feel worse .
The other reson is this starting from April this year 2016 the epilepsy unit are trying to faz out all medications which corse sidafect...why say stop taking them medication and goto doctor because specialist would tell you the same thing..

I agree with Mumzzie, if new meds make you feel uncomfortable then you might need one's that are more suitable for you. I'm going through the same as you but luckily my new meds are working for me. Go and see your doc as worrying doesn't help!
