Sometimes if I'm meditating a lot I forget to eat and that is bad news because the pills I take can knock my eyes out of wack. I listen to audio-books on Audible.com app or on my Kindle Fire and I can be listening 6 hours straight, the nice thing about Audible is that you get a pop-up, "You have been listening for 3 hours straight, did you remember to eat?" I see it is past midnight here so I'm saying good night. I'm going to put how I'm doing make that tomorrow today (that's kind of confusing).

I do not anymore. If I go without food I get very nauseous about 15 minutes after I take my pills. (Like morning sickness) I usually leave like a box of oatmeal, cereal. Next to the coffee pot as a daily reminder. If I did not do this it would be overlooked. Lol. Dena

I never eat at normal times. Most of the time, I don't eat until around midnight
