Embrace watch by Empatica is the only FDA approved device that alerts people that you’ve had a seizure. You can add as many emergency contacts as you like. The only downfall is, it only works for tonic clonic seizures....detecting the convulsing movements...not absence seizures. https://www.empatica.com/en-eu/embrace/
Hope this helps answer questions.

There is also the Smart Watch by Smart Monitor. www.smart-monitor.com. The features are Motion Detection, Get help Button, Audible Alarm, Snooze Button and Medication reminders.

Well looking at the app i had it detecting on my iPhone and not my watch. Grr. So it didn’t have a chance to pick up the seizure. However it did call my husband when I hit the button to call for help.

Okay I had a seizure today. My son swiped me with the magnet. I don’t know any details of it because I haven’t asked him. I know before and after i have slept a lot. However my watch and app did not pick up on my seizure.
