I would call 911. We all have different types of seizures and the person could have more than one. Before I was thinking about myself. I would call 911, explain what I was seeing and ask them what to do. You don't know this person, and even if you do seizures change all the time. I would stay with the person until help arrived.

I was told a seizure over 5 minutes long an ambulance should be called. Mine were called Absence, which means I get confused often, and do not know where I am. If I was aware and saw someone else having a seizure, I would look for a medical alert, in their wallet for a list of Doctors or Emergency Contacts. Depending on the kind of seizure, people should be lying on the floor, their head on perhaps a jacket, and nothing should be around them. We do not swallow our tongue, so absolutly nothing should be put in someone's mouth. Above all, do not panic. Remain calm when they become aware again.
