Migraines From Heat?

Am I the only person who gets migraines from when its hot?

I can't tolerate heat at all !!! But i think it has an effect on the drugs more that the epilepsy itself. So I guess different effects depending on your drug. For me it's sleepy and drowsy.

Your not alone! I myself cannot take the heat mostly during the summertime. Staying out too long in the heat causes me to have dizzy spells and have absence seizures. I really cannot tolerate the heat. If I'm going to spend time outdoors I would wait until late afternoon like around six or so.

Heat gives me an increase in headaches/auras and now that I have to use a cane because of vertigo it's worse. The weird part is going from outside to an air conditioned area in the summer or the inverse in winter because of the heat.
