What town and state are you in? I'll tell you where you should get tattooed. Tattoo supplies are cheap. Any professional shop with any health regulations is going to require new needles and that everything is sterile.

I own Cosmic Tattoos. 15 years in and we still have not had a problem with epileptics. I'm a status epileptic and It doesn't bother me when I get tattooed, but I usually take an Alprazolam to help with the mood.

I never had a problem with getting any of my tattoos. I did consult my doctors . I would definitely recommend doing that just to be on the safe side. But I have about 30 of them and never had a seizure, or even an aura. So if you truly want one go for it. Just remember their forever.
