My mom has a heart condition pacemaker/ defibrillator and when hers goes off she faints. My son has seizures where he looses muscle tone and drops to the floor but it looks like someone invisible is pushing him to the ground. So it's not a graceful fall as you described. Hope this helped?

With the fall, its like someone or something has. Pulled your legs from underneath you- only way I can see to describe it - as when my fits altered -I was aware of the fits yet couldn't control it happening

It's going to be hard to sort all of those symptoms out because there could be so many causes. I would definitely want more testing. I'm guessing you've already had a stress test. It might be time for another one and maybe a video EEG.

You may be experiencing Todd's paralysis. Falling gracefully isn't usually associated with it, though.

Medication combinations especially with any over the counter medications maybe adding to the problem.

Hope it all gets sorted out soon!!

Thanks interesting about pacemaker

Mine are not controllable and don't seem to have triggers apart from tiredness or lots of people talking at once

When I 'faint' it's a buckle effect legs go and arms no muscle tone. Can't remember hitting floor but am aware on the floor but paralysed and unable to talk or swollen etc
I still have low blood pressure faints but I know the triggers for that and these are different x
Thanks for input x
