We all talk to ourselves, once in a while, don't we? Whether you have seizures or not. It's just a thing. Sometimes, when my husband was at work and my son was at school, I was home all by myself. I talked to my dog, and often to myself, so It's normal. Especially when you're alone all day. Just don't ask yourself questions and expects answers back. LOL
