I record everything someone will tell me. My doctor tells me something when I'm at work or whatever comes up I will report it so I remember what I was told. So record everything you say. There are times that I will not remember what they said so I just go back to the recorder.

If you're already taking medication for seizures, their side effects are short term memory loss.

Do not be embarrassed if you can't remember what you're going to say happens to me a lot. We both know that I have a seizure and I'll tell him hey I forgot what I was going to say give me a few minutes. Remember people that don't have seizures can't remember what they're going to say, they're the ones that get in embarrassed. Don't worry, I just ignore it.

If anyone has questions about epilepsy, go on Instagram and search for (inmegansshoes) and ask about questions that deal with seizures.
