Does Anyone Else Experience A Migraine As An Onset Of A Seizure?

Yes, I was originally diagnosed with confusional migraines because I get really confused, have slurred speech, fumbled wording- I know who my friends and parents are, I just can't say or think of their names when it's happening (if that helps). Then I'll get a really really bad migraine on one side of my head (this sometimes happens before the actual seizure as well). Anyways, I started having grandmals and drop attacks... it was obviously epilepsy. I also have the auras beforehand. I would say the migraine is part of the "warning sign."

I do have migraine headaches. They hurt like crazy at times.

My first seizure at age 7, was a grand mal, which started with a horrible headache that felt as if someone was pounding my head with a hammer. I didn't suffer anymore seizures until the age of 12, it was a grad mal episode with the same type of headache. These are they only times I've had seizures preceded by a headache.
