What Do You Do To Thwart Toxicity From Your Meds?
As a person with controlled epilepsy, a big problem I have is losing mornings to toxicity from my after-breakfast meds. I've found ways that work for me:
* Eat a bulky breakfast (oatmeal with none of the sweet stuff works for me)
* Don't do anything that makes my blood rush to my head (over-caffeinating myself, sugary breakfasts, leaning over and putting my head down, generally running around during the hour after taking my meds).

For me, I also sit for about an hour after taking my meds before I even jump in the shower. I get up early enough to take my meds, sit in my armchair for an hour or so and then get myself ready for the day.
Your body is mostly made up of water. Toxicity speaking; you have your liver which it's purpose is to detox all the acidity that comes through our body. When you drink water it is a a cleansing agent that cleanses out all the extra residue that is leftover and flushes it out of your system. This also cleanses the liver, kidneys, and all your other organs. Just like your dirty dishes, you run warm water over them and the food falls off.
Water is also is your hydration. when you feel sluggish or have a headache or unusual aches or pains, most likely you have not had enough water to drink to keep your body functioning properly. Your bones need fluid (like WD40) to keep your joints moving and being flexible. Also, as lotion works on your skin keeping it moist and soft, keeping it from drying out. So it is with your bones, they need the nutrients in the water to keep them strong and healthy, that you may be able to function accordingly. Water also, keeps the mind thinking clearly and has nutritious value for your brain. Your brain can swell and cause pressure against your head. Our medicines can have serious side effects that affect how we think or do not think. Water can relieve stress in our mind.(Do not take this in a literal way, but literal/physical sense). Water, is also needed to keep our body temperature regulated. There is three forms of water that we most use. 1). Fluid 2). solid 3). vapor
We use water mostly in the fluid form; to drink, shower, wash, cook with... 2). Solid form- ice- we use this to cool our beverages and foods. we also use this form for healing bodily injuries and bring down fevers... 3). Steam- we use this for cooking, health problems (colds and fevers...). We also use steam for beauty enhancement. Steam is also used for stress relief.

I have worked for years with doctors to find the most appropriate medication. These days though I find exercise to be the single most effective tool to regulate my body. It is amazing. I am talking about gym, eating like a gym junkie (ie healthy) by being very aware of what I put in my body, and getting lots of fresh air. Take my meds and I feel unstoppable.
I have a glass of water with a slice of lemon it. I drink a cup of green tea in the morning and at night.
Most days I go back to bed for 30 minutes after breakfast and meds (muesli and yoghurt). I play a game or read posts on my iPad then I'm usually okay to get up and get going
A Neutral One, Having Our Conditions And Such Etc, And The Side Effects Of The Meds We Take That Do Cause Some, Do You Think Your The Same?
Do You Keep Count Of Your Meds You Have Or No ? I Try To I Think It Kinda Does Help Even Though They Have The Amount On The Order Form.
Is It Ok? Being On The Meds We Are Taking, And You Had Some Of Your Old Meds You Were Taken Off By Doc, And You Ran Out Of Your Current One
