I just read on a different "thread" about a Go-To bag that might be a good idea. Stash of meds or at least a list of your prescriptions, couple changes of clothes, copy of insurance and soc. sec. cards., contact information...Regarding the amount of meds, my problem is that I can only get one mo. at a time so how can I have a stash???

I know it's after the fact but I always keep a weeks worth of meds aside just for emergencies, I have been through 7 hurricanes and have gone a week without power but walgreens or CVS always has one open soon
