Have Anyone Been Approved For Ssi Or Ssdi For Epilepsy

I'm am applying for ssdi for my epilepsy I had for 4 sezurize in 2017 and I'm non able to drive

I have . Im On SSDI. But unless you had worked you probably won’t be eligible for that . You would have to apply for SSI.

When applying for any of these, make sure you have a lot of DOCUMENTATION from any Dr. Or Dr.’s that know about your Epilepsy. If you don’t have enough documentation, they could disqualify you.

Yes its ridiculous and downgrading they know we can't cure ourselves different weather and situations bring on the seizure's we can follow the rules but they know even weather affects us its ridiculous to me feel alienated.

i know the feeling @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member. i had surgery for my seizures and they want prof that i have a disability. i removed a part of my brain. and they want to know if my brain grew back every few years?.
i am just sad and mad about this issue.

I've been approved for SSI since I was a kid. I just go with the flow and get money without having to work.

If you have short term memory loss or something that would prevent you from performing steady employment, it is easy. Mine took 3 months to get my first check.
