Dizziness is a side effect of vimpat tell your doctor if its really bad. I was dizzy the first week i started vimpat but it went away.

I was like that when I first started taking it but it evened itself out...my neuro increased it in tinier increments because of the dizziness.

I feel like Vimpat makes me faint. I started taking Trileptal too. I learned that Vimpat does give side effects as dizziness, headache, tiredness and anxiety.

I would let your doctor know on how you feel with taking your medications. Ask the doctor to see that you can be only on one seizure medication and not two. Being dizzy I would drink lemon water or have something with sugar.
