A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭
Sydney, AU

I shared my story on facebook last month but I want to share it agaib and touch more people around the world with Epilepsy, Anxiety and Depression. I want them to realize that they are normal and there's nothing to be ashamed of.

Hi Rowen, one of the videos I want to add to the series I'm in the process of making now would be stories of other people, who they are and how they've have handled to give hope to others and show them they're not alone, and there's no reason to give up. I have to be honest and tell you I'm not sure when it will be created, maybe a month or more from now, but if you're interested you can contact me at this address: (Email address can only be seen by the question and answer creators)
By the way, thanks for sharing your story with others. it helps tremendously.

Hello Rowen; all the social media outlets will allow you to share your story in one way or another. There are also many websites on the web with access to millions of people around the world. These are only a few:
