I Have Extreme Light And Noise Sensitivity, The Sounds Can Be So Startling That I Can't Trust My Instincts. Is This Normal?

I have extreme light and sound sensitivity. Sometimes the sounds that are completely normal to everyone else, are absolutely horrifying to me. Like the sound of someone doing dishes, or the show your watching on tv might suddenly change up. It will literally make my skin crawl! Does else have this problem?

I only have extreme light and sound sensitivity when I'm having an Aura (when I feel seizury). I also get other sensory problems, like things are extremely small and at the same time unbareably huge. I also can't focus enough to respond to someone in a conversation, especially if they're asking questions. Then there's anxiety and eventually panic. If I can fight all of that off, I can usually fight off a seizure. I try to focus and distract myself at the same time, usually by cleaning house, doing dishes, vacuuming. Whatever I can do.

Loud sounds makes me cringe. I am about to quit my job because they pop balloons on purpose when they know it gets to me. They also have this guy with a fan that when it opens and closes makes an awful loud sound. He knows I can't stand it, yet does it on purpose. People are so mean.

This is shocking.I can't deal with machines like hoovers and pianos or things that are repetitive but I thought it was something else.
