Me personally to lessen the chances of me having a seizure i do stuff that relaxes me. I ride my bicycles everywhere and find that going for a bike ride even though it can be a very tough and hot workout..... i haven't had any issues while riding. There's just something about it that just relaxes my brain i guess.
That plus fishing.

What do you like to do for fun? Maybe try that and see if it helps.

Night owl that's not silly at all. I do the same thing with Spotify. Upbeat music or just music that makes me happy whether it's a sweet guitar riff or solo! I'm huge on lyrics with meaning also. Sometimes the lyrics with meaning help me, sometimes the sweet screaming guitars helps just take my mind off the stress. I often find myself putting a song on repeat that helps me.
I always tell everyone that saying that music is best medicine. I guess it varies depending on the person though.

I'm listening right now. To the original question I didn't even think of this!
If you have any instrument (guitar, drums, ukulele, brass instrument or even something as simple as a kazoo), try practicing an instrument. Humming, singing etc... I practiced my guitar yesterday for almost 12 hours straight! Didn't even realize it was that long!

I had it cranked up to 7 on my 300 watt Marshall amp.

Entertaining the neighbors. They love the riffs, covers of songs without the riffs. That really helped me I noticed.

Idk if I can send pics. If I can, I'll send a picture of my electric guitar. It's nothing fancy. Just a $200 kit that came with a Fender Squier Affinity Strat HSS everything you need to get started.

I just do things I enjoy. Swimming, art, crafts, listening to music, whatever I feel like doing at the moment if I can. Lately it has been swimming. We got one of those above ground pools you can get at department stores. It isn't huge, about 18 feet across and 4 feet deep, so it is enough to swim around in leisurely, play with family over, or just float around in on a raft and relax. Of course I wouldn't recommend that if your seizures cause you to go unconscious unless you have someone with you! I love to paint and do artwork, that is really relaxing, and you can sometimes get so focused on it. I find listening to my favorite songs helps. I have a playlist on my phone of my top songs that are upbeat and listen to them when I just need something to make me smile. Sounds silly but it works!

To reduce chances stress, I would sit and relax, watch tv, listen to radio, even go outside and enjoy mother nature around me. Even going for a steady walk is good
