Lack of sleep and stress is my biggest trigger and the next trigger is the sun flickering behind trees and flashing lights.

My tolerance level is 85 degrees; however, anything in the triple digits sends me into a series.

Yes for SURE. I try to have enough fans on me and keep myself cool in days which is very hot and wear my cap and sunscreen
