So, I'm sure everyone's heard about the ultramarathon runner (I think that's what she does) who realized that when she's starting to have a seizure, if she runs, it doesn't happen. I was looking over my calendar to see when I've had seizures over the past several months and there was a month or so that I was running or walk/running daily and I didn't have any seizures at all. This is intresting. I cant do alot of exercise right know because it brings on headaches and migraines. I did ballet since I was 5 and stopped when I graduated, around when my seizures began, I wonder if somehow that was preventing them.

Plus I used to be on a volleyball team for 4 years and all was good. Then I graduated and stopped and my seizures began.
