Hey! I have really weird rare seizures that caused me to be diagnosed with panic disorder for like 8 months.
So I totally relate, which is nice because I too have a hard time relating 100% to others with epilepsy.
There are so many different types of seizures though, and everyone experiences different auras.

Hi πŸ€— how are you? I take Lamotrigine as well; 300 mg. Along with other medications (Ethosuximide and Depikote) All of them seem to work great together. I have grand mal seizures but as long as I take my medicine correctly, I don’t have any issues. Anyways, welcome ✨😊

I have focal epilepsy too. I've never had the kind of seizures where there are convulsions. I used to feel the same way, and still sometimes do when talking to people about them. No judgement here about it on this site though, so it makes it a lot easier!
