My neurologist put me on it. Was wondering what its real benefits could be?

From what my neurologist told me when he put me on it, it was to help the medication. It acts as a vitamin that your body needs to balance your meds.

He said it was mainly to help maintain my health as my other meds may tip my balance slightly

Thank you everyone, I take 2mg a day. I know that if your a pregnant mom or planning on being one you take 1 mg a day. My Dr also had me taking B-12 until I had better results when I starting going for daily walks with my dog. We enjoy our time every morning, sun or rain.
