I am seeing a psychologist. He gives me great suggestions like listening to music , deep breathing, relaxing. Which I do regularly. The only thing I am not that great at excersice but I am trying.
What do you like to do to relax?
Also I like to color by number on my tablet, read, and chat.

John Thank you for explaining this to me. Fortunately I sleep 8 hours a night. As far as depression I am ok.
Stress is difficult for me but I am learning calming deep breathing methods.
