Well for the fact I’m dating a vegan. Egg is not a meat. It’s an animal product. Vegans don’t eat anything to do with animals. So no vegans can’t do eggs.

I don't know. But I do know that a vitamin heavy diet (B-12, D-1, Iron, magnesium) things like that are recommended for people with epilepsy.

I crave fat. I tried being vegan, didn't work. There's something in animal meat that my brain needs.

i think so. @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member question... do you consider eggs as meat? some vegans say yes and some vegans say no. i say vegans can do eggs.
