Has anyone or know anyone who has had a bleed on the brain as a result of a seizure and the bruising?

Never heard of bleeding or bruising on the brain from a seizure...the other way around, yes, I had something called a cavernous Angioma which is a cluster of vessels on my left temporal lobe. They removed it with laser surgery...apparently It is something you are born with...of all the MRI’s Ive had, no one ever picked up on it. They thought removing it would stop my uncontrollable epilepsy.Nope. All that for nothing.
I suppose if you had an accident and bruised your brain ( a severe concussion) or a bleed could happen. Short of having a stroke, bleeding usually doesn’t happen in the brain spontaneously.

I have not experienced any type of bleed on the brain thank goodness. I also believe that the medical profession would not have an answer for you either because the brain is a very complicated and sensitive organ of the human body. It certainly acts in mysterious ways.

I think that it is great that You told some of Your friends. The first thing You have done is accepted that You have epilepsy, that is a big step. It does not matter some people don't accept it at all. You are brave enough to tell other people that You have epilepsy that takes a lot of courage. I told some people once, but they rejected me in public. Being teased is just one part of epilepsy, doing things Your Parents don't want You to do is another part of epilepsy. People that have epilepsy can't be protected forever, and need to take chances without help sometimes. Good Luck in the Future!
