My new year resolution is to stay stress free, be more active in my church meditate every night, continue with my exercise, and laugh everyday 🤗😊

I have been going to my gym in ny apartments. I want to continue and increase the days. To continue with my Thia Chi. I am hoping educate people on Epilepsy.

I never really made Resolutions. I always continue taking A day at a time . what ever changes come in my life , I decide to except it, or not . Sometimes I may have to just tolerate it , whether I like it or not

MarleneFerraro: thank you and good luck to you as well! i always have a list of things i'm working towards. Sometimes i dont hit the goal by the time i set it so i reevaluate and adjust what i need to so eventually i hit it. I don't want to take on big pharma.i do help people find lower cost sources for meds already. You're right about strength in numbers and epileptics needing more rights!
