I think it depends how much meds you take. If you take a high dose I wouldn't take both of them at once. I know taking my doses close together makes me extremely tired.

If it's within 3 hours since they arre 12 hrs apart I take them otherwise I tajke them about an hour earlier for the next dose and then I go back on schedule.

I was told the Epidiolex is to be taken on time, 9 AM and 9 PM. All the others I have a half hour window. If I remember after that, then I wait and take the next dose. An Attendant here set up my Cell Phone to go off on time. If I do not turn if off it gets louder and louder. The phone is in the hall, so to turn it off I need to get up and walk to it. Usually it keeps me awake. Unfortunately for a while I was getting very few hours of sleep.

I take my meds 3 times a day. 8 hrs apart . If I forget or late on dose I’ll take my one dose no later than 4 maybe 5 hours from my scheduled time. If I decide to take it later , then I would probably skip the next dose or wait wait a little later taking my last dose.
